How To Have a H.E.A.R.T. for Your Kids
In Proverbs 4:23 Solomon wisely wrote, "Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life." As we approach a heart relationship with our children, we need to focus our efforts on what really matters. As with so many things, the first step to having a heart is wanting to have a heart. This lesson uses the word H.E.A.R.T. as an acronym to suggest what really matters from a Biblical viewpoint.

Rachael directed and spoke at the first three annual Real Refreshment Retreats for Homeschool Moms in the fall of 2003, 2004, and 2005. The retreat was in the beautiful North Carolina mountains and included four sessions on Real Refreshment: 1) What is it? 2) How to Get it? 3) How to Keep it? And 4) How to Share It?
